General Booking Questions
Q: How do I book a room for my rental?
A: The first step is to email us at holler@estrellacollective.com to start the booking process. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll send an email to introduce ourselves and moving forward, we'll send you a rental packet with the agreement with all the details and an invoice. After signing the agreement and paying 50% of the rental fee upfront, your booking will be secured and you will receive a booking confirmation. Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, or other available methods. If you do not receive a booking confirmation , your place will not be held and we will consider it still open.
Q: Do I have to pay at the time of booking?
A: Yes, for events, there is a partial payment. To confirm your booking, 50% of the rental fee is due upon receiving the invoice.The remaining balance is due before midnight of your rental.
Q: How does the process work for teachers?
A: Teachers can book recurring classes (same day/time weekly), pop-up classes, or monthly rentals. Availability is first-come, first-serve. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is made, you will receieve a booking confirmation . When applicable, we can create a class in our booking software, Mindbody. Students will be able to sign up there, and the class will appear as "free." Students pay you directly and it's noted in the class notes.
Q: Can I get a recurring time slot?
A: Yes! If you plan to teach regularly, you can book a recurring slot. Existing Estrella Collective teachers get priority, but all slots are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. Event rentals are also available for recurring time slots with personalized discounts considered.
Q: What is your cancellation policy for teachers?
A:
Ongoing rentals/monthly commitments: Since on going classes are paid a month in advance, it is the responsibility of the teacher to secure a substitute . There are no refunds.
One-time event rentals:
• Cancellations made 7 days to 48 hours before the event: 50% of the total rental rate (used as the deposit) will be charged and cancellations made under 48 hours or no-shows: 100% of the total rental rate will be charged.
Pop-Up Classes & Hourly Rentals
Q: What’s the difference between a pop-up class and a regular hourly rental?
A:
• Pop-Up Class: A one-time event like a workshop or trial class, booked at a $49/hr rate.
• Hourly Rental: For ongoing use, such as weekly classes or private sessions, charged as an hourly rate.
Q: Can I use my pop-up class to test interest in a new offering?
A: Absolutely! Pop-up classes are ideal for trial runs, special events, or unique workshops.
Event Rentals
Q: What are my rental options for events?
A: Event rentals are available at $69 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours.
Q: Can I access the space before my scheduled time for events?
A: Yes! For events, you must book an extra hour (30 minutes before and 30 minutes after) for setup and cleanup.
Amenities & Logistics
Q: What amenities are included in the rental?
A: Each rental includes:
• Yoga mats, props, and bolsters
• A sound system with Bluetooth and a microphone
• Dimmable infrared lighting

Q: How do I access the space on the day of my rental?
A: You will receive a short instructional video with check-in procedures in your booking confirmation email, as well as entry instructions.
Q: Can I bring my own equipment?
A: Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own equipment, but please leave the space as you found it.
Time Management
Q: Can I access the space before my scheduled time for ongoing rentals?
A: For ongoing rentals, you get a complementary 15 minutes before and after your booking for setup and cleanup.
Q: What happens if I run over my booked time?
A: If you exceed your booking by more than 15 minutes, additional charges may apply as it could impact the next rental. To avoid this, we recommend booking extra time if you anticipate needing it.
