craniosacral therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle form of bodywork developed by an osteopathic medical doctor. It works to release tension and compression in the body – relieving pain, addressing dysfunction, and improving performance and health. Craniosacral therapists support the movements of the bones with very gentle pressure, about 5 grams worth.

Craniosacral Therapy is very relaxing, and brings relief to people suffering from headaches, TMJ, sciatica, arthritis, joint pain, neck pain, and sleep disorders. It is also optimal for clients recovering from surgery and multiple forms of head trauma, as well as for anyone seeking to rebalance the central nervous system.  Wear comfortable clothing.

My journey to becoming a massage therapist was deeply personal, rooted in my own experiences with pain and healing. Throughout my path, I’ve encountered many talented practitioners who inspired me to pursue a career in wellness. Their diverse approaches—ranging from osteopathy to nutrition and spiritual work—have shaped my understanding of the body’s rhythms and the profound impact of holistic healing.

I specialize in focused bodywork, utilizing techniques such as structural integration, myofascial release, and cranial sacral therapy. My goal is to create personalized sessions that address each client’s unique needs, facilitating not just physical relief but a deeper connection to their body and self.

I am passionate about working in a field that has purpose and meaning, helping others on their own healing journeys. Outside of my practice, I enjoy yoga, which enriches my approach to wellness.

Let’s work together to explore your path to healing and well-being!
