Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility:

     To be eligible for a return, the item(s) in question must meet the following criteria:

- The item(s) must be in their original, unaltered, and unused condition.
- All accessories, tags, and packaging must be included and undamaged.

2. Customer Responsibility for Shipping:

​

     The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return item(s) back to Estrella. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

3. Refund Process:

​

- Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they meet our return eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 10 - 14 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your account. The exact processing time may vary based on your payment provider.

4. Discretion of the Company:

​

     Estrella reserves the right to exercise discretion when considering a refund or return. We may choose not to process a return if we find the item(s) do not meet our return eligibility criteria or if we suspect any misuse or abuse of our return policy.
