Buti Yoga
Buti, in Indian Marathi, means "the cure to something hidden or kept secret." This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. Buti creates a strong, empowered group that resembles a tribe.Buti® classes utilize spiral structure technique® to facilitate the release + toning of the body - physical, emotional and energetic. Through primal movement, dynamic asana and cardio-sprints, students breakdown the emotional barriers that hold them back from achieving self-love and true human connection.
Buti Deep
Masterful and intentional, DEEP is restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Unlike other Buti® trademarked formats, DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas.
Buti Sculpt
Experience the transformative power of our new Buti Sculpt class, a scientifically designed workout that synergizes plyometrics and weighted exercises to optimize muscular activation and enhance metabolic rate. Utilizing 2-pound weights, this class strategically targets the arm and shoulder muscles, promoting hypertrophy and increasing muscle tone for a sculpted physique. The integration of somatic movements ensures a holistic approach, improving neuromuscular coordination and proprioception. This musically-driven experience not only elevates physical endurance but also refines your body’s natural contours, providing a comprehensive workout that fortifies both strength and flexibility. Buti Bands
BUTI® BANDS is a HIIT-based resistance training workout targeted to LIFT + SHAPE your booty, while toning + strengthening the hips. Bands are utilized during high-intensity intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion while targeting the hips and booty through lateral engagement. During low-intensity intervals, students move through static yoga poses to release the muscle group targeted during the high-intensity interval.

This class incorporates high-intensity intervals and Pilates techniques with a creative, intentional and energetic Yoga flow. The dynamic blend of movement increases strength, balance, and flexibility. You'll be given options to boost your workout with resistance bands, we encourage everyone to always take their practice to their own level! Resistance training helps strengthen stabilizing muscles to advance your yoga and fitness practices. This high energy, upbeat, 1 hour class is perfect for all levels. Bands provided.
Class Descriptions
soft flow
This slow and smooth class is more that just your average gentle yoga practice. We will focus on steady asanas, balance and developing core strength and elongation of certain muscle groups, learning which ones work to keep you head held high as you glide through your daily life.
Why posture’s so important:
Having good posture is about more than looking good. It helps you to develop strength, flexibility, and balance in your body. These can all lead to less muscle pain and more energy throughout the day. Proper posture also reduces stress on your muscles and ligaments, which can reduce your risk of injury.

Suitable for anyone wishing to extend their existing yoga practice in mind and body, stretch tight and sore muscles lengthen their frame in this exquisite hour we will spend together. Open to all levels, notably for dancers and athletes of all kinds needing some restoration. Props included.

Breathe & balance
Come experience the power of your breath. Set intentions for your breathing practice Use movement, sound, acupressure, and affirmations to open your breath and integrate limiting beliefs and unresolved emotions.
We will begin each class with some gentle movement and stretching to open up the body and set an intention. We will then breathe for about 30 mins and finish with a closing circle.
All are welcome, no previous experience is necessary. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. You may also choose to bring a cozy blanket, and pillow for your comfort.
bellydance basics
A high energy, fun way to lose weight, strengthen your core and connect to your feminine power! Recommended for beginners and those who are looking to improve their technique. You will learn belly dance postures, working with your internal rhythm, developing isolated muscle movements, techniques and drilling, and combinations. Tribal Fusion and Classical Middle Eastern Cabaret styles are emphasized. Hip scarves, veils and smiles provided.
crystalline sound bath
Give yourself the time to slow down, relax and replenish your whole being with guided meditation, breathwork, movement & sound immersion. Blending grounding kundalini yoga practices and an extended sonic crystal singing bowl savasana, you are sure to experience an angelic intervention of healing and restoration.
wu-tang yoga

In our 1 hour hatha vinyasa class , there is a short reading and open discussion from “The Tao of Wu” by Rza where Tara connects the dots of real life, yoga, and hip hop. The asana portion is a Vinyasa Flow practice, set to samples, classic Wu-Tang tracks and our favorite playlist of old and new school hip hop! This musical element is so important , as it provides a more dynamic and interactive piece to the class. Tara aims to bridge the gap between yoga, hip hop, Eastern philosophies and mediation. All levels welcome. Must love hip hop. ;)

No entry into class after 5-7 minutes of the start time

Attend the class most appropriate to your level of fitness and experience

Inform the instructor if you are pregnant

All Services at EC: *24-hour cancellation policy applies, 50% charge of service if cancellation under 24 hours or No-show.
Class Packages:

10 pack and 20 pack Class Cards are transferable, 1 time for a $10 administrative fee

Classes cannot be used or given to another student attending the same class or at all

Upon signing up for Auto Pay Membership, you authorize Estrella Collective to charge your credit card on file each month, for 3 or 6 months respective to the membership package, on the date that the auto payment membership was purchased

Memberships are non-transferable

Memberships can be frozen 1 time only over the duration of your contract for no less than 2 weeks and no more than 1 month, with a $10 administrative fee.

To cancel your membership and terminate your auto-payment schedule, you must send a 30-day written notice to Estrella Collective street Address AND pay an $85 fee upon cancellation

Workshop/Event Cancellation:

You will receive a full refund of registration payment up to 5 days prior to the workshop/event. If you are a no-show or cancel within 5 days prior to the workshop/event, we will not issue a refund but roll over your registration payment towards a future Estrella Collective workshop of your choosing, up to 3 months after the purchase.
